For anyone navigating a loss—the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or any painful life transition -- this experiential workshop provides practical, hands-on tools that can be used every day to support the healing process. It’s designed for both individuals and the professionals who walk alongside them. Rather than relying on traditional talk-based counseling or standard support‑group formats, this workshop introduces proactive approaches that shift focus from external events to internal transformation.
In this four-hour, two-session course, participants will explore a range of accessible healing practices, including guided meditation, creative expression through art and music, mapping family patterns, interactive group activities, and simple ceremonial rituals. Each method is aimed at helping release the “stuck” places of grief and opening up a more spacious emotional landscape in which ease of breath, restoration of hope, and clear vision become possible again.
The first 2-hour Class will be held on June 6th, and the second on June 13th, both at 1 PM Eastern.
