Reimagining Loss and Grief: Transforming Pain into Power

For anyone navigating a loss—of a person, a relationship, a role, or a way of life—this experiential workshop offers a different kind of support. It’s designed for both individuals and the professionals who walk alongside them. Rather than relying on traditional talk-based counseling or standard support‑group formats, this workshop introduces practical, hands‑on approaches that help people shift from feeling overwhelmed to feeling grounded, empowered, and internally renewed.

In this 1.5-hour class, participants will explore a range of accessible healing practices, including guided meditation, creative expression through art and music, mapping family patterns, interactive group activities, and simple ceremonial rituals. Each method is aimed at helping release the “stuck” places of grief and opening up a more spacious emotional landscape—one where breath, clarity, and movement become possible again.
